The most unorganized and disrespectful recruiter. First, she sent a phone screen request and then an onsite request. I was confused but confirmed the 4 hour times she wanted to proceed. She replied abruptly that it was a phone screen while dropping all sense of professional courtesy or even acknowledging her mistake. When she called, I thanked her for her time and she immediately asked me to explain my resume. That was it. I knew I didn't get it but she seriously wasted my time if that was all. At least have the courtesy of following through, especially when I blocked out this time from my current job. I recommend people don't apply to this company. If this is how they treat new potential employees, I can't imagine how they would treat you if you actually work there. Just terrible.
