The interview was with a very friendly person which include some screening questions regarding fairly basic knowledge. including Java keywords, Spring configuration, and hibernate. The feedback took about 4 days.

I have been invited to the first interview with the Talent Partner just a day after I applied. - In the first interview and we had a super friendly chat for 30 minutes, where I was briefed about the key aspects of the role and got through a few screening questions which lasted for just about a couple of minutes. - The next interview was a technical one that lasted for about and hour and a half which the Engineering Manager and a Senior Developer. It honestly felt like a fluid conversation whilst I have been asked questions on different levels of abstractions: from Java concepts such as OO and concurrency to higher-level architecture, collaboration, containerisation and DevOps. - The following stage would have been a pair programming session with the team, however, I had received a different offer and had to withdraw my application, where I was treated with the same respect and kindness as in the beginning of the process. I really enjoyed the process and could totally see myself working in the company, they surely have smart and friendly people there, who value soft skills as much as hard skills.
