Most questions were not deeply technical, focused more on communication and cultural alignment. I gave my best and felt the conversations went well, which made the silent treatment even more frustrating. Advice to candidates: Be cautious. A company’s hiring process reflects its values. If this is how they treat serious candidates after weeks of interviews, imagine how they treat employees.
