I was actually head hunted by a recruiter. The recruiter Interviewed me first. Then I had a phone interview with the Department Senior Manager. I was made an offer by another company so I called and asked if I was being considered for the position because I had another offer on the table. I was called back a couple of days later with an offer and I accepted.
