I applied through LinkedIn and was contacted by the recruitment manager about two weeks later to set up an interview. The interview was with the head of the data science team, and he basically just told me what I would be doing and asked if I could start the following week (wasn't much of an interview!).

It was a thorough interview and the team was communicative during the interview process, however after starting the interview process they decided they weren’t hiring until later in the year.
