I had five interviews; the first was a get-to-know meeting with a case study and content-focused questions, structured in a very consulting-like manner. Additionally, I needed to make a market sizing and some calculation tasks.

Assessment-Center Tag: es waren 5 Mitbewerber:innen. Der Tag war in zwei Teile aufgeteilt. Erster Teil: vorbereitete Präsentationen (Vorstellung & Case), mehrere Aufgaben, z.T. im Team. Es wurde getestet, wie gut man bei den anderen zugehört hat. Zweiter Teil: vorbereiteter inzensierter Sales-Call, dann 2 unvorbereitete Aufgaben (Logik und Mathe)

After a rough check of CV stages and the fit within the corporate culture, the one-day assessment centre started relatively quickly. The assessment was well structured with various brain teasers, sales and pitch situations. You get to know a large part of the team and have the opportunity to ask enough questions to get a solid impression of the company, your tasks and the culture on site.
