There are several stages that are well described in their website and their handbook. It starts with a screening interview (the culture one), where they expect you to have read the handbook and ask you questions about your professional experience.
Recruiter interview, standard behavioural questions about project and recent work experience as relates to the job. Recruiter had a list of questions prepared, we went through those and then I asked my own questions

Entrevista
Several interviews including cultural, technical founder chats and a day long technical task (paid). Generally friendly and open though I found the technical task cared more about speed/progress than building the "right thing".
