Quick phone screen with HR. Questioned about prior experience/ how it would translate to this position and that was about it. I asked more questions than the interviewer. Did not move forward.

Probably one of the most terrible internal recruiter I've dealt with. Never applied for the role myself but the person approached me personally (as well as a bunch of other folks in my company). When the recruiter called me up, she asked me why I was interested in applying. At no point did the person try to sell the role or the company at all but throughout the conversation, acted as if we were begging for this role she was recruiting for. The recruiter never even told me the specific role that was open other than it being a "business development" role.
