Interview process was a bit slow on the HR end, and I was asked some bizarre questions at points. I think they just want to get to know you, and there isn't so much a focus on intangibles. Fair enough in my opinion.

Very easy and laid-back process, nothing to strenuous, but still formal and professional. Applied via school career website, and received email to set up phone interview. I was abroad at the time, and they were still very accommodating. Second interview was suppose to be Skype, but opted for phone again instead, where MD was looped in. Asked general questions, and after two phone interviews I was hired, competitive process between dozens of applicants.
