Four interview rounds all pretty much the same, the last round being a simulated call. I came to the last round and the recruiter didn't even have the decency to let me know I didn't get the job after 4 rounds, time wasters.

Probably one of the most terrible internal recruiter I've dealt with. Never applied for the role myself but the person approached me personally (as well as a bunch of other folks in my company). When the recruiter called me up, she asked me why I was interested in applying. At no point did the person try to sell the role or the company at all but throughout the conversation, acted as if we were begging for this role she was recruiting for. The recruiter never even told me the specific role that was open other than it being a "business development" role.
