The process was really pleasant and I can say I enjoy it. First I have a screening with HR then follows an interview with future team members, both is just a general chat to know each other and they didn't feel one-sided at all. Next is a take home challenge which was interesting and allow me to demonstrate relevant skills. After that there's a behavioural interview and challenge presentation with relevant stakeholder. Overall I enjoy the process and the interesting challenge. I also heard many good things about the culture at Pitch through the interviews. I got an offer but didn't accept it but the team handled it well.
