The whole team and process was great uptill L2 taken by "Avil" an architect at the organization from Observability domain. He has zero listening and negative understanding capability. 3 rd round - client round. 1 hour client took and then no updates from HR. Internal manager told that we are onboarding you but HR not picking calls.
