I had a get-to-know-you interview and a first interview. After that there would have been another and final interview. After the second interview, however, I received a rejection. So far this has been the best application process I have had and I have really applied a lot in my life. I was very positively surprised to get feedback on my pros and cons. I could totally understand the content of the feedback they gave me and it makes sense to me and gives me a good indication of what I can work on. Apart from the feedback, I also found it great that the process was so quick, efficient and transparent. I knew exactly what to expect and I wasn't kept waiting forever. I also found the interview pleasant (for a job interview ), the recruiter communicated at eye level and seemed very likeable to me.

There is a three stage interview process including a role play exercise. The atmosphere friendly, professional but the interviews themselves are challenging. The turnaround time is really quick and feedback is given regardless of if you are successful or not.
