Recruited directly, I went in for an in person interview and first they asked me some background questions to ask about my experience with different programming languages and then they asked more conceptual technical questions related to my background experiences.

They ask you a couple basic questions about the languages you know. Like syntax, what’s the difference between two things, like abstraction vs encapsulation for example.

Entrevista
Very professional process, applied and about a week later heard interest and had a basic pre screening form to fill out. After that a week later got scheduled for an interview. Interviewers were very y professional and kind. Asked basic tech questions related about the job I would be doing. Was then offered about a week later!
The interview process was outright discriminatory and breaks anti-discrimination laws. The Talent Acquisition employee from Peraton reached out to me on my application and asked if I was a US citizen. Additionally, the TA employee inquired about current residency status. Despite my application indicating that I am eligible for work, the TA employee still acted this way. I have been a US citizen for my entire life. Other times, my application has been quickly rejected here despite being qualified. I would not recommend this company or its business practices to others.

Entrevista
One round behavioral, then one round technical. The interviewers were very nice overall and seemed interested in what I had to say. The technical interview was also the same, focusing on languages I know and some coding questions. Overall a good experience.
