I interviewed roughly 1 year ago and the interview process was going well but after my interview with the manager, I sent a thank you email to the recruiter to pass along and never heard back despite following up multiple times. It would have been nice to have received a rejection note, the only thing I ever received was a generic rejection note from Workday about 1 year later.

Interview process went smoothly, but one of the interviewers happened to know my colleague, and told him same day. Very unprofessional. Obviously my employer knew that I was having interviews with other company, that created certain problems for me.

The poorly managed interview process, the interviewer had missed the first interview. The second interview was not very well structured, as it would appear that they already have made their choice and interview was just a formality.
