I applied online and I received a response after about three weeks. I first had to send in an example of a software project that I had completed, they wanted to see the source code. I was then offered a face to face interview with the department's manager. We went over my resume and previous experience. Lots of questions about how I would deal with difficult customers and conflict within a team working environment. Was given a few brain teasers which I was asked to complete, I found them very difficult and only managed one of them. The interviewer was extremely nice and made me feel very relaxed.
