Spoke with a recruiter from the company's HR. The recruiter had a great understanding of the organization's needs and how it related to the role I applied for. Asked to complete a Hackerrank quiz – they provide a generous amount of time compared to current industry standard. Phone/video interview with Senior Architect; Dug deep into high and low level technical knowledge. (This was objectively one of the best interviews I've had the pleasure of having). Onsite interview with Product Manager, Lead Developer, 2 Engineers from a different role, 2 Engineers from the same role. About 45mins - 1hour per group. The recruiter got back to me with a verbal offer by EoD and a written offer the next morning. Really enjoyed speaking with everyone on the team. The recruiter was fantastic. Had I applied a few months before or after, I would've accepted the offer without a second thought.
