I thought the recruiter was great, until the very last round where he just ghosted me. When I sent follow ups, he would just respond saying that they need some more time. No rejection email, nothing. I ended up looking up on LinkedIn if someone got the job, that's the only way I found out I wasnt considered. But aside from that, I need to chat about the team. The product design at Pantheon was the most rudest and negative group of people I've ever had the chance to interview with. There was two more senior product designers, and they just looked super annoyed the whole time. It almost felt like they were just there to antagonize every candidate. I'm honestly surprised that the designer who got hired wanted to even work there knowing that those designers would be their colleagues. The hiring manager was a little better, but honestly, wasn't the most friendliest either. But I would rather have people just not be kind, rather than just antagonizing like the other designers on the team.
