There are several parts to the interview process. While I won’t name the specific stages, the general flow is as follows: once you’re shortlisted from the initial interviews, all shortlisted applicants are scheduled for a session where they meet with company leadership from various departments. During this session, they discuss what it’s like to work at the company and what to expect. After that, candidates proceed through a series of interviews and tests throughout the day. Once everything is completed, you’ll receive an update on whether you’ve been offered the job.

3 interviews - 1 with recruiter/hiring manager, 1 case study that was a group activity and 1 super day interview that lasted all day. Super day had a mix of individual interviews and more group activities.
