Pleasant interview but very superficial. Recruiters seemed sleepy ;)

How did you part with a company employee or briefly what was the dismissal process and how did you handle it with the current employer
Interview was smooth, considerably quick and virtual, process took around 1 month from interview to offer. Subsequent Calls were arranged within one week from last call. Met hiring manager hiring team and director.

Response from recruiters was very slow. No one followed up after recruiter in charge has left company. Had to call several times to follow up on the offer letter and other documents.
