I had my phone interview for Oracle PH and the recruiter was very rude. This was my first time hearing that I am not going to be considered because I have been switching roles. For the record, I work in start up companies and it’s normal to have a lot of roles. It’s actually nice because you get to know and discover a lot of things and skills so that you will also find out what career you like most and be expert in that field. I am very disappointed knowing that this is a big company in PH but their recruiter is so unprofessional.

Got a screening interview and they told me it took 2-3 months to get an interview with the team and didn’t hear about a second interview then was notified they went on with other candidates.

Fue bastante ágil. Primero fue el screening del reclutador por telefono luego la entrevista técnica, entrevista con jefe de área. La dificultad fue promedio, y tuve respuestas muy rapido y agil.
