The interview is great! Very engaging, one of the best interviews I had. It's laid back where the interviewer take time to get to know you and your experience. They allow you to freely express yourself and at the same time they share their experience working at Oracle. To give your more insight and also help you assess if its the right fit for both parties.

How can you relate your previous experience with the position you are applying for?
It was pretty long, but they seem to be pretty understanding. The last interview is around five hours long so be prepared. I had around four interviews and only two were with the same person.

RUN AWAY from interviewing for “Healthcare Implementation” position at this company. They offered me a verbal offer, I accepted it and denied another competing offer from a different company. They promised me the official offer letter will be sent within 7-10 business days. Waited for offer, no answer for 50+ business days, the recruiter kept telling it’s in the final approval stage. After 55 days, the recruiter calls me and tells that the position is no longer approved by their approval dept. are you freaking kidding me?

Very easy and smooth the process took 1 month roughly, first call with hr then a second interview with managers and finally a practice test which was not too difficult to do.
