The recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn. From there we scheduled a 30 minute phone call to determine if I was a good fit to move forward. After that there is a 6 hour interview day with at least 10 other candidates all conducted via zoom. The recruiter will outline exactly what happens in the interview in advance!
Face to Face, Direct and Ease of Communication. The interviewees were very approachable and friendly. Making communication very approachable and able to share more about the roles and share more of my personal experiences and how my transferable skills can help contribute to the role.

3 rounds of interview. One with HR, one with direct manager and one with hiring manager. More or less got to answer the same questions like your job experience, what can you value add to the team and what’s your goals for the next three to five years.
