I am still in the process but I had a 30 minute phone screening with a recruiter and I thought it went terribly but at the end she told me I passed on to the next round.
I then was interviewed on a 45 minute zoom call and it went super well! The questions were straightforward and my interviewer was super chill.
I received an email 2 days later saying I was invited as a top candidate for the SuperDay!

There was a 7.5-hour full-day interview on Super Day, including a case discussion, reverse interview, manager behavioural interview, and group discussion. It was fun but very competitive. I believe there were 40-50 students on Super Day, but they only picked 12. The reverse interview requires me to interview a current functional consultant to get the info about the role.
