Really easy and simple. Initial talk with a campus recruiter, followed by a Super Day where you are interviewed by 2 separate managers. Everyone is super nice and easy to talk to. Look for possible employees in every major.

3 rounds of interview. One with HR, one with direct manager and one with hiring manager. More or less got to answer the same questions like your job experience, what can you value add to the team and what’s your goals for the next three to five years.
