Was called for phone interview first. Then had an in-person interview with three managers. This was followed by another phone interview by a remote manager. They asked about my background and also had some script questions. I was hired as a contractor and later an employee.

Applied online. Got an email from the recruiter weeks later scheduling our preliminary interview. As soon as we met, her first comment was that I was overqualified for the position, as it was advertised to seem a lot more than it actually was. I made it onto the line manager and line manager's manager interview - which I assumed was the final step. However, about 30 minutes after we concluded our interview (the 3rd for this role), I saw the position reposted on LinkedIn. I immediately knew that I was not selected.
