Phone interview followed by an in-person. Was competing against one other person. Manager followed up but gave me interested feedback by stating that they liked me better, but went with the other person due to their advanced experience. This answer always bugs me because experience can be seen on the resume, cover letter, and application. . .

Easy, three part, met with hiring manager and two similar level managers. They were doing a hiring blitz so it ended up being 3 sales managers interviewing the whole group and selecting their teams.

Several interviews with a presentation. Fairly straight forward.
Once you’ve met with key stakeholders you have to pass the background checks etc. this can take some time.

Interview process was very lengthy and not a lot of communication happened for many weeks. After three months of random back-and-forth, I was finally able to get an interview. Sadly, it wasn't a great fit for them, but it was a very long process.
