Seven interviews spread over two weeks for a total of 6.5 interview time + preparation time, all those hours to learn that Oracle policy is to not provide feedback, not allowing us to improve. The feedback collected during the interview were positive. It looks to me as I did some volunteer hours to justify HR jobs. It isn't clear that they hire anyone for the role.
