The first round was an interview with a Director in the organization. He asked me a combination of questions related to people management and technical. The tech al was more talking through existing systems that I managed.

Entrevista
The interview process took about two months. This seems long but read all the way through. I interviewed with the recruiter first, and then leads over the team. I then interviewed with the director and then VP. At each step of the way I was interviewing them just as much as they were interviewing me. Everyone was very thoughtful and I could genuinely tell that they were good people looking for the right fit for technical AND culture. Mid-way through the process the recruiter asked me about my interest in another role that might be a better fit. He was right. I ended up having a couple more interviews with the new team leads and VP. Again, EVERYONE,,,, was great. I fell in love with the people. Everyone was also very transparent about what is normal in big companies and thats that process takes time. It did, and was offered shortly after.

As is normal with any company, do some cursory research on the oracle site about products and services. Ask the recruiter about company values and how to prep for each of the interviewers.
