There was no real interest in matching profiles or delivering info to guide through the process. When hired, nobody bothered about explaining conditions or performance evaluations, not even the salary (which I knew in my first pay day).

Quick and straight forward. Met with account lead and we had a nice chat. I think the position had already been filled but loved having the conversation all the same.
