Very organic. Good to be in touch with employee and watch out for opportunities. Creative positions are not posted on any job-board. HR can be bullying but it all works out. Good if you are a good negotiator.

No tough questions. they decide as per your portfolio mostly.
It was easy, they just see your work and ask questions based on that and if they like it, you get shortlisted. But it also depends on who is taking your interview.
you majorly need to crack the technical interview of a writing test and a 360 degree campaign ideation test along with of course a rock solid portfolio with past campaigns you've worked on.
