Long in time with 3 interviews in total. I didnt accept the proposal because of money. Typical questions for an interview, nice and friendly people. All remote through teams. No project required, just conversation.

Applied on LinkedIn, was contacted by HR the next day and agreed to a online call with the hiring manager for next week. This was rescheduled. After the conversation, I was called in to meet the team and present a case study for managers. After this, I was ghosted and my calls/emails were left unanswered. Left very puzzled by this recruitment process.
