As soon as I entered the room I was told that there are only 15 minutes for my interview. The interviewer didn't look interested in my answers.
I felt that the decision has been made before I came, and I'm just wasting my time.
Few days later I've sent an email to the hr manager, but she has never replied me.
Two interviews. Based on what my previous rolls looked like and what I had to do on a day to day. Asked me personal questions to get to know me as well.
The interview process included an initial phone screen, an in-person interview with the hiring manager and multiple team members, a writing assessment, and a final interview with the leadership team. It was a thorough and comprehensive process to ensure the right candidate was hired.
