A question and answer process with the owner and a second, based around competency and ability to market the business I was promised a second interview with the company, but the owener then changed his mind, and decided not to offer me a second interview, depespite verbally agreeing to it, in the first stage interview. Which is quite frankly extremely poor etiquette.
