After you send you initial application which requires you to fill in personal details, send your resume and answer in detail 3 personal statement style questions, successful candidates are given to opportunity to do an initial virtual interview. It's a short 30-minute interview less formal than the final interview. They just want to get to know you a bit better, and explain the questions you answered in the application. If you are successful in this, you will be called up to the final stage of recruitment which is the assessment center. This includes a networking introduction, and a group discussion to see how you fare in a collaborative assignment, which is followed up by your final interview which is 1 hour long, slightly more formal but still a relaxed setting.
