Went to their website, read job spec carefully, applied and ... got rejection which says that "I don't meet basic requirements". I contacted with resource team, which explain to me that I don't meet security clearance requirements . I pointed to them that there is nothing about this kind of requirements in job spec published on their website, but they insist that all is correct. In job spec says that I need to be able to gain SC clearance, but I got rejected that I don't have already DV clearance. Terrible !!!

My interview was during the height of the COVID pandemic, so it was virtual. However, the same method is applied with in-person interviews. You are interviewed amongst a panel of employees consisting of HR, the hiring manager and one or two other members of the team.

Scheduled for a phone interview with 2 people for 30 minutes. Spent 5 minutes asking technical questions such as why would you use X technology, and the remainder of the time was spent talking about their personal lives. Seemed like a huge waste of everyone’s time interviewing, and they did not get back to me until months later.

It was an overall easy interview process. The interview was just one 45 minute video call where the interviewer first asked me a few common behavioral questions. Then he asked me a few basic Java OOP concept questions. There was no actual coding in the interview. I got an offer a few days later.

Was a great interview where I really got to show who I am. There are some technical questions but nothing too challenging. Very pleasant people to talk to and I they seemed happy to be there.

Pretty standard interview. Hiring manager showed me the facilities. Technical interview was a bit of a grind with lots of questions regarding SPC and process engineering principals. Interview was on-site and completed all in a single day.
