Applied online through careers web site. Was contacted by Human Resources on the phone for an on-site interview. Interview lasted about 30 minutes with a couple people in the room discussing my resume.
This was a very relaxed interview with no technical questions since it was for an intern position.

The overall process was very easy. It consisted of half a behavioral interview, half a resume review, and short technical questions about my projects. There were no cold technicals. Overall, the process was simple, and more preparation is required for the behavioral side than for any technical side.
