Applied on the Northrop website. Was contacted by phone to setup an interview within a few weeks. Interview panel consisted of 4 head engineers from different departments. I don't remember the questions asked. I only remember leaving the room feeling like the dumbest person in the world.

Only questions I remember were "How competent are you in finite element analyses?" and "What's your favorite class you've taken in college?"
Panel of engineers get on a call and ask you standard interview questions. Once interview is concluded, received offer within a couple of weeks. The interviewers were had high technical knowledge but kept it fairly informal.

The interview process consisted of one recruiter phone screen, which was followed by one panel interview. The process was pretty straightforward, and the majority of the interview was focused on behavioral questions. They got back to me within 2 weeks.

What is a project you are proud of? How did you deal with a difficult team member?
Online interview with two managers, about an hour long. They were friendly and accommodating with scheduling, as they were even willing to postpone the interview date when I get super sick the week I was initially supposed to interview.

They mainly asked about projects I've worked on, what my interests are and how it will align with the team's projects, my skillset, and some behavioral questions.
