Initial screen was a 2 hour technical interview, which because mine was a full stack role was 1 Frontend and 1 Backend interview. In either interview, I almost felt like the interviewers were a bit too forward with trying to give the answers without giving time for silence to think. It was a bit distracting to be honest, and I couldn't tell if the hints and excessive "communication" was part of the process. Granted I've been a part of interviews where the opposite was the case and the interviewer said absolutely nothing, so maybe some folks would enjoy this aspect of it.
