The recruitment process was quite comprehensive and consisted of several stages. It started with an initial phone screen. This was followed by an interview with the Team Lead which included a professional test. Next was an HR interview. After that, I had an interview with the Director combined with another assessment. The final stage was an interview with the CEO and a reference check

They asked me to take an exam, and even though I had a high grade, they decided not to move on to the next interview with me. They sent me the rejection mail 2 days after I took the exam.
