5 interviews total: 1. Pre-screen with the recruiting manager, getting a general feel for my understanding and current skill level 2. Interview with the department manager. Gave an overview of the position, assessed my knowledge about the role, my skills, and a couple of non-coding problem-solving challenges. Seeing how I worked through a problem. 3. Technical interview with the department lead, several programming, and UI challenges. This was also to see how I worked through a set of problems and how well I communicated while doing so. 4. Group interview with a panel consisting of the department lead and several team members in the department. General questions about projects I've worked on and how I worked on a team. 5. Interview with the department director, several questions testing my knowledge and skill level, seeing how I worked through a problem. All the interviews were challenging but not overly so and they were very insightful/learning experiences. It felt like a great way to gauge my skills while also preparing me for what the job would be like once being hired. Also, the process was not unnecessarily lengthy like many tech hiring practices. This was honestly the best interview process I've gone through in a long time.

The interview had a total of six rounds with two technical rounds. The interviewer explained what is going to happen before beginning with the process and HR keep me informed on what is going to happen along with sharing the calender invite a day before.
