A very long interview process for an overly simple job. The whole process takes a month?
They want you to complete a task of many questions worth 3 pages. It will take you few hours to complete.
A week later, an interview with the lead community manager. Another week later following a “chat” with the higher community manager. I didn’t even understand the whole “chat” thing because it wasn’t an interview, they was just to know your personality? What does having chat got to do with job offers? How are you meant to determinate giving a job offer to someone over a chat? What is the requirement in this chat? On top of that, nobody got back to me over a week even though I was told I’ll be contacted in a weeks time. I had to contact myself just to be told I was unsuccessful???
Awful interview process that takes a month. We’re in 2025 and they are still working to interview in this manner? I passed all the very simple criteria of the job role by completing the task plus the first interview but only after this chat I was declined? What was I meant to talk about in a chat in order to maintain professionalism when the job is simple that anyone can do it?
