      The interview process was a nightmare! There was no interview structure, and a person whose responsibility is to share what his company does, he was in denial of what other people are trying to achieve in their lifetime. I was questioned about AI and my personal projects, with zero knowledge on how AI works. I was asked about my background, and naturally, an interviewer's responsibility is to convey what his company does and tell more about the team. But the stupidest expectation at the end of the interview was "You didn't ask what we do as a company"? That is your task to convey what you do and what your contributions are. Have you ever given an interview to top MNC's and tried to understand how to conduct an interview as "CEO"? The most stupid interview conducting skills I have ever seen in a company's "CEO".

      Pregunta 1

      1) The first half went well, focusing on basic questions about my resume and responsibilities. As I mentioned, I am working on some personal projects meanwhile I get a job. I was asked, "who is going to guarantee that you wont leave our comapny and start your own from your "projects" that you are doing"? Then, from knowing more about my contribution, it went into very "intense" interview style, like the work I did was not on par with what this "great company" is about to offer. 2) The second half was a doubting session, wherein due to some time constraints, I asked questions like "1) What are the challenges that the team is looking to solve, and what are your expectations with how this role should help?" (My intention was to know what kind of responsibilties that this role will have to endure to become successfull in this role. The counter I heard was - You used ChatGPT to get this question right? I couldn't stop laughing. Let's have another one! - "I asked what strengths did you see in my resume that you think will help the team or will have the most positive impact on the product" (My intention was to understand what are my plus points and how can I further demonstrate them in my upcoming discussion/interviews). The counter was - Are you using ChatGPT to get these questions? And then I realised how unprofessional and uneducated a person can be to conduct an interview where a candidate is really trying to understand the interviewer's perspective on the expectations of the role. In a good sane world these questions are very basic and an ice breaker for someone to understand the interviewer's mindset. If you read this entire paragraph, you would think, "Who was this rookie?" It was conducted by the "CEO of the company".
