Tasked to complete an assessment( situational judgement, numerical ability, logical/inducive ability. Its a bit frustrating to be measured by these tests alone to gauge an applicant's true level of competence and ability especially if a very short time frame is given to complete these assessments.

It was a standard procedure. The process involved psychometric tests, and hire vue, then assestment centre. Didn't pass the hire vue stage. There's nothing else I can add about the interview process.

First was a hirevue. That is typical behaviors. After that, you will move onto a 20 or 30 minute phone screen. A couple technicals and just running through your resume. Lastly, you will have the superday.
