Three rounds of interviews about self-intro, general experience, characters and personality, knowledge about the company and HR departments conducted by staff 2, recruiting manager and senior manager of the HR department, both in English and Chinese
Interview went well, it was all technical interview covering topics related to HR. But eventually ended up shortlisting candidates with work-experience only. Interview experience was nice but should have provided more clarity with the eligibility criteria for the same.

It was pretty behavioral and straightforward. They ask you about what you know about the company and why you want to intern there. The first phone call is mostly a conversation.
