First interview was 30 mins on college campus, second was in their office with two 30 min one-on-one's and an hour long group activity with 7 other candidates where you had to solve an operations problem
I applied through a diversity program and completed an initial hirevue where I was asked 2-4 questions. Then I was invited to a Superday in NYC where I completed 2 one-on-one interviews and 1 group interview.
