It was very straightforward mainly behavioral questions. Consisted on some behavioral questions in relation to data but for the most part it was a discussion of ones experiences. Overall the process wasn’t technical at all.

Attend an onsite or virtual loop, meet teams, and, if successful, receive an offer after reference checks.

I enjoyed the interview process. Had to go through 2 rounds of interviews. first round and second round was a superday. Just had to share about myself and why i wanna work for MSFT. Mostly behavioral and business analysis-technical type of questions. it was fun. I enjoyed it.
