First interview with a recruiter ( basic interview ) and the second interview was an online algorithmic test (~2h time) .The recruiter said that you must have a 60% success rate to pass the interview . After which another series of interviews will follow .
I finished the test early, in terms of performance, they were not the best solutions for 1 or 2 problems, but the result was the desired one.
The answer was that I did not pass the test and that I cannot be given feedback in this step of the recruitment process.
It was VERY DISAPPOINTING and I think this shows a great LACK OF RESPECT for the candidates.
