First I got a phone call, the recriuter describe the job and always try to make me look not the right fit for it , I gauss she needed to hear that I was fighting for the job. As for the interview manner, lots of Quizs about "What would I do If... / What do you think about..." kind of Questions . It felt like she wanted to get to my inner intuition and thoughts and process methodologies.
