It was a lengthy process (8 rounds) with no clarity of what the management was looking it. Inspite of repeatedly asking about the competency requirements, the recruiter was not open enough to share. May be she had no clue.
In my opinion, if I interview Bill Gates for so many rounds, I will find a reason to reject him as well. So I knew I am not a fit there even before they got back to me.
Quite a gaseous place

Spoke with a recruiter about my background and learned about the structure of the company and what they were looking for in the role. Had time for questions from me and wanted to hear specifics about my background.
Great and very well put together and nice people with very good intentions and very well meaning to the time the gave me during the interview yes yes and and yes
